What Users Complain About

Subscription Confusion & Auto-Renewal

Several users report being charged repeatedly, even after canceling, due to unclear trial-to-paid transitions. Some mention unexpected $39.99 charges.

Limited Free Content

While basic tools are free, most useful features require a paid subscription. Users say the free experience is too basic, pushing them into paid tiers.

Customer Support Troubles

Some report poor refund experiences and lack of help after subscription issues, especially on Apple’s platform.

Real User Feedback (Reddit & Trustpilot)

Successfully used:

• Works for my hyperactive vizsla… I use it for an 8-year-old doggo.

Frustrations:

• I paid for a membership and never gained access… They wanted me to pay again.
• Charged twice despite canceling free trial.

Expert Insights

Many expert reviews (Tech, Product Hunt, Critic) call it:

• Highly user-friendly for new dog parents
• Valuable basics, especially for puppies;
• Costly, with much content behind a paywall

Conclusion

Woofz is a real, well-designed app that helps new pet parents train and track their dogs effectively. However:

• The subscription model can be misleading
• Billing issues are a concern
• Free content is limited, pushing users toward premium

Who Should Use It?

• New puppy owners who want built-in structure and guidance
• Not ideal for those avoiding subscriptions or seeking advanced training without recurring costs
