What Users Complain About
Subscription Confusion & Auto-Renewal
Several users report being charged repeatedly, even after canceling, due to unclear trial-to-paid transitions. Some mention unexpected $39.99 charges.
Limited Free Content
While basic tools are free, most useful features require a paid subscription. Users say the free experience is too basic, pushing them into paid tiers.
Customer Support Troubles
Some report poor refund experiences and lack of help after subscription issues, especially on Apple’s platform.
