Was Josh Giddey Arrested?

The rumors mostly came from social media after allegations surfaced in late 2023.
Why Did People Think Josh Giddey Was Arrested?
In November 2023, online posts accused Giddey of being involved in an inappropriate relationship with a minor. These claims quickly went viral and led to:

What Did the Police Find?
After weeks of investigation, the Newport Beach Police Department announced:

- They would not file any charges
- The investigation was formally closed on January 18, 2024

- No disciplinary action was taken
- Giddey was cleared to continue playing with no restrictions
Again, this confirms the claim josh giddey arrested is not true.
Why Are the Rumors Still Spreading?
