A video of a man named Ernesto performing on America’s Got Talent (AGT) has gone viral on social media. In the video, Ernesto sings a very emotional song about losing his wife and son. His story has touched millions of people, and many viewers were moved to tears. But one big question remains whether the Ernesto America’s Got Talent performance real or fake?
Let’s break it down in simple words.
Who is Ernesto?
In the video, Ernesto says he is a 54-year-old carpenter. He tells a sad story about how his wife and son left him. Then he sings a heartfelt song, and the judges and audience are seen crying. The video is emotional and powerful — and that’s why so many people have shared it online.
Is the Ernesto America’s Got Talent Video Real or Fake?
Even though the video looks real, there are some major red flags:
- Ernesto does not appear in any official America’s Got Talent episodes.
- His name is not listed on the AGT website or their official social media.
- Many people noticed the video looks edited, and the judges’ reactions seem reused from other performances.
This suggests that the video might have been fake or edited to look real.
Conclusion
Yes, most likely. There is no solid proof that Ernesto ever appeared on AGT. The video is likely a well-made hoax — a made-up story with emotional music and fake edits to make it go viral. These kinds of videos often spread quickly because they touch people’s emotions, even if they’re not real.
